Nicholas is the trader behind Investing Against the Grain. His approach is concentrated: hold a few wonderful companies for the long run, Tesla and more recently SpaceX, and trade options around them for steady monthly income.

A trusted voice in the Tesla investor community, he hosts the Investing Against the Grain YouTube channel and teaches his process through the Options Crash Course, the Zero Day course and one-on-one coaching.

Daniel has built and used software across many fields. Most recently he modernized legacy Department of Defense and Space Force applications, bringing older mission systems into the modern era.

He trades options full time. After taking the IAG Crash Course he built the journal he wanted for his own trading, and he still uses it every day.
