Delete your IAG Journal account

1. Open IAG Journal and sign in.
2. Open Account (tap your avatar in the top-right corner).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

1. Sign in at iagjournal.com/account with the email you use for IAG Journal.
2. At the bottom of the page, choose Delete account and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email support@iagjournal.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

We cannot cancel a subscription that Google Play or the App Store bills for you — only you can, in the store. Deleting your IAG Journal account does not stop that billing, so cancel it first: on Android, Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. A subscription bought on this website is cancelled automatically when you delete your account.

• Your sign-in identity (email address) and profile.
• Your subscription / entitlement record.
• Your device records and every signed-in session, on every device.

Deletion happens immediately when you confirm.

• Payment records and our sign-up log (a normalized email address, an IP address and a device name captured at sign-up) are kept with the link to your account removed, because billing, tax and fraud-prevention records have to outlive the account — refunds, chargebacks and tax filings can arrive long after it is gone.
• Stripe, Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of purchases made through them.
• Server logs are kept only for a limited period.

Your trading journal itself was never on our servers — it lives in the app's files on your device and stays there, under your control, until you remove the app or its data folder.
